Dr. Trebor Z. Evans, PMP, CCISO
Dr. Trebor Evans serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and as a Senior Vice President for Dollar Bank, the largest independent mutual bank in the nation. In this role, he securely enables the business by managing risk in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. His 26 years of experience present from a variety of roles, including server administration, enterprise desktop management, large scale IT project management, security operations, cyber security, and information security. Vertical industries prior to banking include education management, healthcare, and health insurance. He is an Arbiter and an Online Adjunct Professor for graduate courses in IT and cyber security for Southern New Hampshire University. He earned a Leadership PhD from Robert Morris University and holds an MBA and a BS in IT from South University. His current academic pursuits include Advanced Banking School, a three-year program provided by the PA Bankers Association.
Trevor Parks, Principal Solution Architect – Network Security
Trevor brings more than 16 years of cyber security experience to Masergy from providing security consulting services to managing a security operations center to his current role as Principal Solution Architect. He is responsible for designing Masergy’s managed security solutions that maintain a leadership position in a constantly evolving security threat landscape. This includes architecting company-specific security solutions based on infrastructure, whether it be public cloud, private cloud, premise, or a hybrid, in an effort to deploy an effective cyber security risk management strategy.
In addition, Trevor has authored various security blogs and regularly speaks at security conferences and cybersecurity panels. In his spare time Trevor races motocross, attends obstacle races with his family and competes on American Ninja Warrior.
Bill Lisse, Senior Principal Consultant
Bill Lisse is a Senior Principal Consultant at Forsythe Security Solutions where he assists executives in solving their most complex security challenges. For over 30 years, Bill has built and led data protection programs in a variety of commercial industries and the U.S. Government. He is a retired AF Office of Special Investigations (OSI) Special Agent where he specialized in counterintelligence associated with operations, acquisitions, research and technology. He is the recipient of the National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation as the lead OSI agent on an Interagency Task Force Investigating Espionage and 1997 DoD Counterintelligence Award for Analysis and Production. Bill holds a master’s degree in managerial economics; bachelor’s degrees in MIS/CIS, as well as management studies with an emphasis on industrial and organizational psychology. He is also an alumnus of the National Intelligence University. Bill holds a number of professional certifications including CISSP-ISSAP, CISA, CGEIT, CIPP/US, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
Sean Heffley has been in IT for over 20 years and the past 5 years have been focused on cybersecurity. During his 2.5 years at LogRhythm, Sean has earned the respect of both current and prospective customers by being honest, knowledgeable and personable. Sean has worked with a variety of clients in every vertical, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to smaller organizations with the IT staff of 1. He has presented at many security events and welcomes deep technical discussions. Sean and his wife live in Pittsburgh, Pa and raise 4 children (all under the age of 7). Hence, when Sean isn’t working he spends the majority of his time playing with and cleaning up after his children. He also considers himself a reluctant expert on Disney Princesses, Sesame Street and Teenage Mutant Turtles.

Madison Oliver & Kyle O’Meara
Madison Oliver is a Vulnerability Analysis Team Intern at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) CERT Coordination Center (CERT/CC) currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Security Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University. She has been studying Information Technology for five years, beginning with a Bachelor of Science degree in Security and Risk Analysis with a concentration in Information and Cyber Security at the Pennsylvania State University. She has previously interned in the Information Security and Policy Team (formerly the Data Governance and Compliance Team) at Bayer Business and Technologies Services.
Kyle O’Meara is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) CERT Coordination Center (CERT/CC) and an Adjunct Faculty and Faculty Advisor at Carnegie Mellon University. He has been in the information technology for 12 years, most, if not all, with a cyber security focus. Much of his current work focuses on research and analysis of embedded systems and exploits. Before SEI CERT/CC, Kyle was with FireEye, where he was the lead senior threat analyst for the Department of Defense’s active cyber defensive program called SHARKSEER. Prior to FireEye, Kyle was a digital forensics examiner at a consulting company where he worked numerous large corporation incident response cases. Previously to that, Kyle worked at the National Security Agency where he held positions as a cyber-cryptanalyst, deployed media exploitation analyst in Iraq, and a communication signals analyst. Kyle also attends and has spoken at national and international cyber security conferences to include DEF CON, Senate Cyber Threat Intelligence Summit, FIRST Technical Colloquium, and BSides.
Marc Eggers, CEH, CPT, CSIH
Marc Eggers (CEH, CPT, CSIH) currently works as an IT Security Engineer for Omnicell. An inquisitive polymath, he is a father, husband, foster parent, homeschool principle, teacher, programmer, reader, gamer, and much more. With experience in most facets of IT, Marc has a firm belief that security must be viewed with a holistic approach. Much of his extracurricular focus is centered on keeping children safe while helping them reach their goals.
Matt Trevors is a senior member of the technical staff with the CERT Division of the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. As a member of the Cybersecurity Assurance team, he supports various U.S. government agencies as they continue to augment the cybersecurity resiliency of the U.S. critical infrastructure. Before joining the team at CERT, Matt acquired almost two decades of experience in the trenches of information technology, with the majority of that time spent in the healthcare field. Matt is a graduate of Boston University’s Master of Computer Information Systems Program where he graduated in 2015 with concentrations in health informatics and security. Matt is also a graduate of the University of New Brunswick’s Bachelor of Computer Science Program (1999), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Kevin is a Senior Information Security Manager at DICK’S Sporting Goods. His team is responsible for security architecture, engineering, and testing. He has spent nearly 20 years in information security working for other Pittsburgh-based companies such as SAP Ariba, ServiceLink, and PNC Financial Services. He also enjoys attending and speaking at local infosec gatherings such as BSides Pittsburgh and Infragard.
Erik Ligda & Deidre Diamond
Erik Ligda is a Security Architect at CyberSN, a national cyber security research and staffing organization. At CyberSN, Erik’s responsibilities include the protection of the company’s intellectual property and brand image. Additionally, Erik leads CyberSN’s contracting division, acting as a trusted resource for education, training, and career development.Prior to joining CyberSN, Erik worked at Concurrent Technologies Corporation where he spent 15 years growing and leading the cyber security and incident response teams. Erik holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and additional certifications as a GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst, GIAC Certified Information Handler and GIAC Reverse Engineer.
Deidre Diamond is the CEO and Founder of CyberSN.com, a cyber security research and staffing company, and the Founder of brainbabe.org, a cyber security not-for-profit organization. Deidre’s vision and leadership has resulted in a dramatic decrease in the frustration, time and cost associated with job searching and hiring for cyber security professionals. Prior to CyberSN, Deidre was the CEO of Percussion Software, the first VP of Sales at Rapid7 (NYSE:RPD) and the VP of Staffing and Recruiting for the national technical staffing company Motion Recruitment. Deidre leads with a strong commitment to transparency, equality, training, support, high-productivity and love in the work force.
Rick Farina is a well known wireless hacker with nearly two decades of experience with wireless security. During the day, Rick is Director of Research and Development for Pwnie Express, an IoT security company. Also during the day, but not in direct sunlight, Rick lives a double life as Zero_Chaos who runs the Wireless Village at the DEF CON hacking conference as well as the Wireless Capture the Flag hacking contests at half a dozen security conferences a year.
Robert Gutcho is an Sales Engineer at Digital Guardian specializing in the Health Care, State/Local Government, and Education sectors. Rob comes with over two decades of experience in high technology with an extensive background in network communications and cybersecurity. Rob has helped customers automate their IT Compliance initiatives and implement successful Data Loss Prevention programs. Rob earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Connecticut and holds the CISSP and CISA industry certifications. Rob resides in Aldie, VA with his wife and two teenage daughters. Outside of work, Rob is an avid fitness enthusiast and is a member of a community choir.
Jon Zeolla is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Seiso, LLC where he leads all technical engagements, is responsible for research and development, and contributes to emerging open source technologies. He has worked as a Principal Security Engineer, Senior Security Analyst, Senior Network Security Engineer, and PKI Engineer in industries such as Financial Services, Retail, IT Managed Services, and Academia. Finally, Jon runs an IT Security user group called “Steel City InfoSec,” helps to coordinate the yearly security conference “BSides Pittsburgh,” and is a committer on the Apache Metron project.
Jamison Budacki & Adam Dzuricky
Jamison Budacki, a Senior Information Security Architect joined Erie Insurance in 2011. Jamison¹s focus at Erie Insurance is on developing usable security architectures as well as developing monitoring and detection solutions that can be used across the corporate network. Jamison works daily with business partners to ensure that secure solutions are developed with a people, process, and technology philosophy. Prior to Erie Insurance, Jamison worked as a Security Engineer for a fortune 100 company on the Incident Response team. Jamison received his Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the School of Informatics and Computing at Indiana University in 2005. Jamison maintains a CISSP certification since 2007. He resides in Erie, Pennsylvania, with his wife and their two sons. Jamison is a volunteer firefighter, washed up hockey player, and coach for various sports.
Adam Dzuricky, a Senior Information Security Solutions Engineer, joined Erie Insurance in 2002. Adam’s focus at Erie Insurance is ensuring the people, process, and technology controls that comprise the Information Security Program align with established architecture, policies, and standards while meeting the operational needs of the organization. Adam’s diverse professional experience prior to Information Security has included graphics design, 3D and Flash animation, web application development, database administration, network operations, and IT service desk. Adam received his Bachelor of Science in MIS from Penn State Behrend in 2002. Adam maintains CISSP and CCSK Cloud Security certifications since 2012 and 2017, respectively. He resides in Erie, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two children. Adam is an avid runner and wants to be a ninja when he grows up.
Shawn Sines is a seasoned information security professional who in his career has held positions loading high explosives on attack aircraft, spent time as a consultant building information security incident response programs and in a number of corporate roles has served as the Information Security storyteller and strategist and as the technical translator to executives. He worked for the Ohio State University, The Columbus Dispatch, Scott’s Miracle-Gro and OCLC. He presently works as a Security Solution Architect at Forsythe Technologies.
